2018 is off to a great start for the Indie Rock act Whale and the Wolf.
The Edmonton band is proud to present their New single “So It Goes” which follows the Top 25 Single “Touch” from 2017.
This Spring Whale and the Wolf will be at Toronto’s CMW Festival, playing a couple of showcase presentations in early May. Before that you’ll find W&TW hitting various Western Canadian Radio stations to promote the new track. In which they’ll be playing some acoustic tracks for Radio staff, live audiences along with Social Media hits on Station’s pages. This will quickly be followed up by a number of Live Shows across the Western provinces.
“So It Goes” will be accompanied by a New Video too, (Feb 15th release) the visuals were captured during the band’s 2017 touring across Canada. The performance & tour focussed video captures them on and off the stage through 12 cities from Montreal to Vancouver. With additional footage taken during the Fall ’17 dates when W&TW opened for One Bad Son and the many sold out shows they played together.
“So It Goes” brings a sound that allows Radio of both Rock, and Alternative based formats to easily play this modern rock sound. The song was produced by Danny Craig (Former “Default” Member) just as was the single “Touch”.
Whale and the Wolf have had a strong receptions on Canadian radio with support from stations such as, Power 104 Kelowna’s Best Rock and more.
The band looks forward seeing all at Radio this Spring and Summer, while on tour in April, plus the May shows at CMW. You will also find them playing festivals in the Summer. Capped off with a return to Ontario and Quebec in August.
