We had an another amazing morning with Savour the Local Flavours…and got quite the feed from Executive Chef Heath Cates, Sous Chef Kevin Anderson and Sales and Marketing Manager Tamara Graham.
We pigged out on:
Prime Rib Hash with smoked corn and potatoes, topped with two poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce
then
Tuscan Style Linguini with olives, goat cheese, pine nuts, roasted peppers, tomato basil sauce and garlic toast
