And something a little eye opening…the following pics are from a raid on a Mexican drug house…
Notice the little bit of Canadian money at the front of that last picture?
The grand total is somewhere in the neighbourhood of $205 million…CASH!!!
Have a fabulous weekend and be bad!!!

If you’re a facebooker…then you’ve probably been hit in the last month with the 25 random things “thingy”. I haven’t put mine together yet…not sure I need to reveal that much info to the world.
So this morning…the latest “thingy” to do came out and I kind of like it…build you own album cover.
Here’s how you do it:
MAKE YOUR OWN RECORD ALBUM COVER FROM RANDOM ONLINE STUFF
1 - Go to “wikipedia.” Hit “random”
The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to “Random quotations”
The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3 - Go to flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”
Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use photoshop or similar (piknik is a free online photo editor…easy to use) to put it all together.
I don’t have all the technology on this computer to put it together…but my band name is
“Dalur”
My album is called: “ Sometimes It’s Letting Go.”
And this is the artwork for my album cover…
Try it and send me what you make!
Have a great day and be bad!!!

It took forever to find…but I managed to hunt down that choice little piece of Chickenfoot that they first had on their website…it’s now been replaced with a 2nd piece…but I’m hoping if all goes well technically…I’ll have them both here for you.
Enjoy and be bad!

Thanks to George Siu and Andre Thomas from Memphis Blue Barbecue House for treating us to such an awesome morning.

We got to Savour the Flavours of BBQ Shrimp and Pulled Pork Sandwiches…along with local wine from Joie and Mount Boucherie and local brews from Tree.

You can make these recipes too…with their cookbook…or just head into the restaurant on Bernard and pic up everything to go. They make everything from scratch at Memphis Blues…including rubs and sauces!!! Yum!!!

Looking forward to Friday when the Wild Apple Restaurant and Grill will be in for Savour the Flavour.
After an amazing weekend of celebrating my birthday…which now seems to revolve more around food than booze…I find myself a little full…kind of like this guy…

and my digestive juices perhaps are a little off…

So I think I’ll load up on the acidolpholous for the day…and perhaps doing a little stomach yoga…

and if all goes well and I get back into shape…perhaps I’ll doing a little decorating…minus the nails…that’s a bit much for me…

Looking forward to another round of Savour the Local Flavours tomorrow with the Memphis Blues BBQ House…mmm BBQ!
I’ll try and get some new foods pics up tomorrow.
Have a great Monday and be bad!!!

Sorry I can’t figure out how to load the actual flash clip…but you can find it from their web link.
I’m pretty sure we’re going to love this album when it comes out!!!
The Hotel El is coming in this morning…40 minutes and counting!!!
You know when you go to the hairdresser…and you want a style change…it’s recommended that you bring a photo?
Well Bob has recently expressed an interest in changing his hairstyle…and showed me the photo he’s going to bring to his stylist.

I’m thinking it may be difficult to get away from Bob’s roots, as his family has quite a flair with hair…
Meet his sister Moose…

Then there’s the twin nephews…Steve and Doug Butabi…

Can’t forget his lovely niece, her hubby and their wonderful daughter…

And even their pets seem to get in on this family style…
And of course…there’s always the family magazine…

And the family motto…

I don’t know Bob…I’m not sure you can break with those genetics. (kidding…luv you…mean it)
Meanwhile…looking forward to the Hotel Eldorado coming in tomorrow to hang out and cook up some Black and Blue Fillet…this is what it says on their menu at www.hoteleledoradokelowna.com
Black and Blue Filet…Stuffed with Danish Blue Cheese, Cajun Spiced and a Bernard Callebaut Chocolate Demi
YUMMY…I’m bringing in champagne and oj…cause it’s my birthday…and I’ll cry if I want to!
Have a great Thursday and be bad!!!

Nice to see all the sunshine! I almost feel a sunburn coming on.
It’s Wednesday and we’re half way thru the grind…wahoo!
Couple of observations from my day…who knew dogs could be so expensive? Our little Buddy has stinky breath, plaque on his teeth and his gums are a bit red…so I went to the vet today to pick up some enzyme chews to help with all of the above. Yes…he has his own toothbrush and toothpaste too…but out of curiousity asked the young woman helping me…”how much to get the dogs teeth cleaned?” She says “4-20″. I’m thinking $4.20 per tooth…weird way to add it up…but I’d go for it….then I realize she means $420!!! YIKES. Apparently she’s not aware of how much (read little) we get paid in radio. I figure I’ll be brushing the dogs teeth more often from now on.
Jason sent an email today…wondering about this website we chatted about this morning, www.thisiswhyyourefat.com It gave me a stomachache just looking at the pics.

Gravy Covered Pizza
But I do have to admit I’d like to try this…

Bacon Burger Dog with Cheese
If I wasn’t in radio…I’d be a full time carnivore!!!
Happy humping and be bad!
