An autographed ticket stub from Chris Cornell’s final concert that he allegedly signed an hour before his death is for sale on eBay for a penny under $10,000.
The seller uses the name Burning River Collectables. He writes that he doesn’t have photo proof of Cornell signing this item or other autographs he claims to have gotten on “a couple of vinyl records and CD covers.” He explains that is was signed as Cornell was entering his hotel after Soundgarden’s show at the Fox Theatre in Detroit with a police escort, private security and hotel security — a situation that “didn’t really permit photos.”
There is, however, a photo of the stub, which Cornell purportedly signed “in permanent black Sharpie.”
